BBC Radio 3 are currently casting fior the lead in their audio drama Early Warning. Auditions will be taking place on Monday 14th January.
Early Warning is a 60 min play for the Wire radio 3 written by Richard Monks
When thirteen year old Sam moves to a new area with her parents, she struggles to settle into her new life. Being deaf does not help as she faces rejection and bullying as she tries to fit in. However, after stumbling upon a bunker and ecnountering a strange man, she soon finds herself embrioled in a murder mystery.
They are looking for an actress, who can sound aged 14/15, to play Sam. Accent wise she can be from anywhere in the country although seeing as recording will be located in the North West, someone from this area would be preferred. Recording will be taking place in Media Salford on Monday 04th – Wednesday 06th February and the play will go out on BBC Radio 3 in the Wire Slot.
