For the sixth year running the RTS will be holding its Masterclasses and Student Television Awards. This year’s three Masterclasses cover Entertainment, Fiction and Factual providing the opportunity to benefit from the experience of respected industry professionals, including Siobhan Greene, Head of TV at Syco, Sue Bourne, award winning documentary maker, and Steven Moffat, Head Writer and Executive Producer, Doctor Who and Co-Creator Sherlock.

Masterclass 1: covering Fiction with Steven Moffat, Head Writer and Executive Producer, Doctor Who and Co-Creator Sherlock, chaired by Carolyn Reynolds.

Masterclass 2:covering Factual and Documentary with Sue Bourne, Freelance Documentary Maker, chaired by Ruth Pitt of Tiger Aspect.

Masterclass 3: covering Entertainment with Siobhan Greene, Head of TV at Syco, chaired by Paul Jackson.
The winners of the RTS Student Television Awards 2011 will be announced at an Awards Ceremony hosted by Nathan Caton. The Awards will be attended by key industry figures, students and tutors, and will take place after the Masterclasses at 3.30pm for 4.00pm.
How to Book
Please note that all attendees must complete a booking form and register for tickets, even those entitled to complimentary tickets. Entry to the Masterclasses is £10 per person and lunch will be provided. To attend, please complete one form per person. Entry to the RTS Student Television Awards Ceremony is £10 per person. If you are only attending the Awards Ceremony, please arrive at 3.30pm for a 4.00pm start. To attend, please complete the relevant section of the registration form. To attend the Masterclasses AND the Awards Ceremony, tickets are available at a special rate of £15 per person. To attend, please complete one form per person.
Tickets are available on a first come first served basis and all prices are inclusive of VAT.
