The ITN Academy is the home of the ITN Apprenticeship Scheme, giving media stars of the future a career kick start.
Apprentices will work across many aspects of TV and multi-platform content creation, learning through experience, with ongoing guidance and support, in a passionate, hard-working, team environment. They will be at the heart of the action from day one, making television programmes and adverts, working on journalistic assignments and using your creativity.
How it works
ITN, in partnership with Creative Process, has developed an industry leading apprenticeship scheme. As an apprentice you will mainly be based at ITN HQ, where you will ‘rotate’ around the different areas of the business. That means that one month you might be working on the newsdesk in Channel 4 News, and then the next you could be helping to produce an advert for ITN Productions. Alongside your time at ITN, you’ll also spend one day per week with Creative Process receiving formal classroom based training.
Upon successful completion of the scheme you will receive a Diploma in Digital Media.
